The Idea
Rad Mora approached Yan and I to help him bring his portfolio to life. Under Yan’s design guidance, we created a website that’s wonderfully unique and offers custom functionality bits.
The Execution
I must admit, when I saw the mockups I thought to myself “No flippin’ way”. But then I said “Challenge Accepted”.
Rad was using Squarespace for the previous iteration of his website, so I knew I had to work with that in mind.
I used Squarespace as a CMS provider and brought Yan’s innovative designs to life through a fully custom-made approach for desktop and mobile.
Needless to say, there was a lot of hand-coded Javascript.
